Who am I?

A mother to six gorgeous boys, managing director to our amazing team, a friend, coffee queen, and a passionate dreamer for a better, happier, more sustainable world!

Why do I work for Dragonfly Organics?

As a single mother, I struggled working for someone else and managing those demands. I also needed support doing my own housework. A mix of the two lead to creating a business that supports the things I personally needed in my own life.

I love helping people have their homes cleaned. It is such a satisfying feeling cleaning homes, work spaces, and doing deep or final or one-off cleans, completely removing the stress for our clients.

Not only Is the cleaning rewarding, I also love supporting our staff when it comes to family and emphasising that our families always come first!

As a team, we have managed to create a work culture that supports our individual needs without needing to compromise our health and happiness.

The best part about my job?

The flexibility, the laughs, the understanding and compassion for anyone’s situation, the energetic rewards of 'what you give is what you get' and, most importantly, the people!

Who am I?

I was born and brought up in Sri Lanka. I’m a daughter, wife to an amazing husband, and a sister to an annoying brother. My husband and I moved to New Zealand for my higher studies and it was one of our dreams to live and work in this amazing country. I enjoy travelling and meeting friends, and shopping is my all-time favourite.

Why do I work for Dragonfly Organics?

I consider myself to be lucky and privileged to join the Dragonfly family. I got the opportunity to learn and develop my skills and abilities while contributing towards the growth and development of the company.

I was always given the space and opportunity to apply my experience and learning for the job. My intention at Dragonfly is to grow and develop the organisation to its highest possible in all its aspects.

The best part about my job?

The best part of Dragonfly is its work culture. The culture and the atmosphere that Narnia has created are amazing. Every member of this family is valued and appreciated and no matter who you are and what position you hold, you are always been heard.

Who am I?

I am a simple person who respects others and lives in Invercargill with my wife. I enjoy travelling to beaches and classical music.

Why do you work for Dragonfly Organics?

I have lived, studied, and worked in Australia where I gained over five years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry. That gave me the opportunity work with this wonderful group of people. I love the vibe and the respectful culture in Dragonfly Organics where everyone plays a valuable role in providing high-standard service to the client.

The best part about the job?

As all the employees are well-trained to perform their roles to the best of their abilities, it’s easy to for me to attract new customers and build customer relationships. Further, that inspires me to expand Dragonfly Organic’s customer base without any hesitation.
